Mick: I don't think your comparison between Rock Doctor's post and Charters' posts is fair. Rock Doc's post was interspersed with IMO's, meaning "in his opinion." Charters does not say it is his opinion that IPM is a scam, he just flat out says it is. I am all for a two-sided discussion of the merits of a stock. I have pointed out the negatives of this stock many times over the last several months. But it is a far different thing to say, "in my opinion, when the verification report is released the stock is going to $20" than to say, "this company is a scam and it will be delisted" without any supporting evidence. One is clearly an opinion (maybe hype, but an opinion). The other is clearly slander. I think most reasonable people see a big difference between the two.
