Do you have any recommendations on electric-acoustic guitars?

No, but I have an opinion on them as a class of instruments.

Even the best don't sound like real acoustic guitars. They are their own beast.

That being said, if you want acoustic sound, the sound hole pick ups are best but then you need to be very careful about feedback. Usually that means first standing behind your amp and, second, maybe moving around the stage relative to the monitors to find the sweet spot.

I sometimes use a Dean Markley ZH 7 which has isn't made any more. The newer equivalent model is deanmarkley.com. It has the reputation for being more richer and more acoustic sounding and more feedback resistant than most.

It isn't great, and might be better with a pre-amp or DI box, but it does the job and sounds reasonably acoustic.
