So, we stay in Afghanistan until bin Laden is caught? Do you really think that is a sensible policy?

The objective was to decapitate AQ, which Bush did. Getting bin laden would have been nice, but to be rational about it, it is far more important to neuter AQ than to get bin Laden.

Bush made a mistake by focusing on bin Laden, but having done so in anger, it is understandable.
