Ad Hoc XO Minority Shareholders Committee (Mostly individual investors) investorvillage.com Ad Hoc XO Minority Shareholders Committee Thanks for all the responses. So far we have close to 9.3 million shares (my family owns a little over 1 million). I really thing we will reach the 50% plus one needed to block the sale. A new website (www.XOShareholdersCommittee) should be coming online probably tomorrow. It help to coordinate the Ad Hoc XO Minority Shareholders Committee. The goal of the Committee is to provide a voice to minority shareholders. Some of you will be asked to join the Board of Directors of the Committee (this will be based on the size of your XO common holdings and other considerations). I am working on the bylaws of the Committee but in general it will be modeled after ad hoc creditor committees typically found in bankruptcy courts. Thanks again. PS.
