Hi Haim, That's good advice as far as I am concerned... ( except for the girl part - you are on your own with that one). Another rule which seems to work with me -after the big win, quit for at least a day... I know I had 3rd place in those trading contests sewed up twice and then tossed it right out the window because I just HAD to go back and make another trade. My father used to say... don't let money burn a hole in your pocket... which was tto say, just because you made some money - you don't HAVE to spend it... at least not right away! Thanks for sharing, Bill
