I wonder what the landscape will look like during a depression...In my travels thru West Texas, the small towns have been hit hard due to economic woes. It's bad, crumbling buildings, up in weeds, vacant stores...I guess most of the young people have migrated to the big cities...Those towns bit the dust years ago, I guess the big cities will suffer the same fate if a depression hits...not pretty.
