Investor, Paul is right about many of the "acoustic-electrics" sounding like something less than an acoustic should sound like. Taylor, for as much I do not care for them, does have some models that can do both well. This guy is really moving up the ranks. You can hear his be-bop roots in this one, which is a tip of the hat to the great gloved pervert (RIP). He is probably playing a model with mahogany and sitka. He gets a great tone, so there are some good acoustic-electrics out there. You are just going to have to try a bunch. youtube.com GT TH
