Have you all seen this one? One son sent it, but now it has over 3 Million hits in just 3 days... July 8, 2009 You guys will love this... Dave Carroll is the lead singer for a country band called "The Sons of Maxwell". They've been travelling the Midwest small town circuit for about 20 years. Just another hard working guy taking airline flights and trying to make a living. So in 2008, Dave and his band took a United Airlines flight to Nebraska. The baggage handlers broke his guitar (by tossing it around the tarmac :)... Like everyone else, he tried to get some assistance from United Airlines Flight Attendants, United Airlines ground staff, United Airlines Customer Service and (ultimately) United Airlines management. For his trouble, all he got was frustrated. After weeks of runaround and epic buck-passing, he decided to get even. So he wrote this song. youtube.com It's currently going viral on YouTube with over 150,000 views. He plans to do three songs about the experience. This is the first. The second is recorded and they are working on the video. The third is promised after the second is released. His goal is to get at least 1,000,000 views between the 3 songs and then let people vote on their favorite as a way to shame United's bad behavior. If only we could all be so eloquent. In any case, I thought you professional travelers might get a kick out of the song. Feel free to pass this along to anyone else you think might get a kick out of it.
