Yeah, I do. A check on Iran. Silly argument. Was Iran "checking" Iraq when it moved into Kuwait and moved to take over Saudi Arabia? I don't think so. Comprehension problem? I said Iraq was a check on Iran not the other way around. Now they are buddies. There was zero percent chance these people were going to get out from under that dictatorship without our help, if that's what you're trying to suggest. There isn't zero percent chance of anything. He could have been over-thrown. Not sure it would have been a good thing for us, he was a secular influence in a region dominated by religious nuts.
