the only way i knew about these instances was from medicare with form to report fraud. these are not clerical errors we are talking nine months of coverage and reports of her going on medicare where done the weekly she turned 65. i am showing you the problems these offices are having dealing with the gov program.. i have read some doctors closed up practice because of delays in payments.. they just cannot afford the float.

if nine months after providing daily service is a clerical error it further points to the qualifications of the people reviewing claims at medicare. I am talking about hospice not getting one payment yet in nine months from medicare.
