I've held three new born children in my hands. I only asked because you seem to have such a calloused view of Human Life.

According to your arbitrary criteria of Person hood; the newborn is not self conscious and therefore not a person worthy of rights. So you could have thrown the child on the ground and stomped their head in and it would be no different than putting out a cigarette.
