He was in roughly the same position as Sotomayor. She made a statement as to how her background helped shapes her decisions and so did Alito. To charge her with bias on the basis of her statement is the equivalent of charging Alito with bias in the Ricci case.

Now, you can hair split, bob, weave and wave your hands all you want. But you are trying to apply two different standards to what is essentially the same case. All for purely partisan reasons.

And, yes. You are still a pinhead.
