Go back to Freebasing your Geritol and frankly nobody gives a squirt of warm piss about how it sounds to you. They don't have to mention ever=rything that comes to mind. If they were going to operate it, they would have told Pelosi. So why didn't Heyden tell them? Because they decided not to use it.
BTW the head of the CIA said he was never given any orders not to share anything with congress.
