Hey, Ken...When I was in the hospital a month or so ago, I thought of you and your soups....When I finally got to eat something, and progressed beyond clear liquids, the big next menu was liquids (just plain)....one of the tastiest things was a chicken veggie soup pureed....Never thought about pureeing as a way to get extra veggies in, and painlessly. Plus they freeze well....
