Bill, I first shorted INTC at $88+ in July because I thought they were guilty as hell in the DEC law suit. I covered at 85+ when they announced poor a quarter. The news of the settelment indicate is going to cost them big bucks. Add to this slow pentium II sales, and the Asian crisis.... I would definitely short if it gets close to 90 in this crazy market.
