To all:
The 23 shares is odd, but it shows us one thing: the prefs have been the sellers. It would seem a plausible idea that that is a group that would end up with an odd lot on the conversion. I do not make mention of this because it makes any difference about the future of our company, it is simply an observation. Just because a large holder of the stock thinks it is time to sell does not automaticlly mean we all should. First off people SELL stocks for all kinds of reasons, they only BUY them for one! Second, even the best investors sell to soon. Case in point: Warren Buffet's sale of most of his stake in Salomon before the buyout. Keep the faith. The stock is beginning to get the attention (and trading volume) to make it work.
