Obama signed a "stimulus" bill with $3.4 Million allocated to build a tunnel to help turtles cross a busy highway.

Please don't make this claim that the mere planning and development of a project is evidence the money isn't wasted. That's an inherently stupid remark.

The vast majority of the projects are needed and will generate jobs.......you know it and I know it.....so drop the nonsense.
