The general feeling I get is the banks are stabilizing faster than expected. What about you? I'm looking at the glut in oil and the normal arbitrage that occurs when folks short the dollar and buy oil. If oil falls, the dollar should climb. Banks have a lot of dollars (even though they aren't lending). Hawk
