Thanks for the link, I had seen that. I wanted to park that abstract to remind me of the comparison of animal to human dosing and brain levels. The curiosity to me is that the dosing in that 8 subject report is that they received 2000mg bid, which is likely not commercially feasible. Now I am sure that the previous comment may be debated, but swallowing that many or that large of pill will not be conducive to compliance.
