LOL, you are delusional! He and McCain both stopped their campaigns to attend an EMERGENCY summit at the WH with Bush. The video was plastered all over the world with Obama sitting on the Dem side of the table and talking up the Bush/Paulsen plan. Then he went on the campaign trail and promoted it. Then he VOTED FOR it, and his fellow Dems followed suit. Obviously, if he had opposed it, as many of us on SI had urged, it would have had a hard time passing. Obviously.
