Hadn't noticed....) Why don't they take some of those tens of Billions of TARP bailout funds that the Banksters are now PAYING BACK to the US Treasury and USE THAT to make the small business loans? (And hurry-up about it, too! No more of that 'let's talk about it until Fall' crap....)
