Very interesting manner in which the legality of Obama's presidential legitimacy is being raised.

One would have thought the military leadership would have demanded this legal ploy be "nipped in the bud", but if the WH shuts them down by failing to provide the necessary evidence, then they don't have a leg to stand upon and have to comply with the soldier's/officer's request to avoid deployment.

Knowing from having seen soldiers trying to avoid deployment, the military is normally quite strict, threatening UCMJ action.. dishonorable discharge.. etc. So for them to cave in is no small thing.

What I would desire is to see it taken to the Supreme Court, where Obama would have no choice but to produce the required documents.
