your sending the post to the wrong guy,, i have several relatives who had terrible experiences with canada system.. how about having to go to toronto from pei to get surgery,, or to halifax vs pei for surgery.. then complication and months of living in halifax while families go back and forth.. no telling how lone one had to wait for brain surgery in toronto. oh, another one had a tumor in stomach,, had to wait three weeks for surgery,, seems doctor only flies in on wednesday and three weeks was his first available time for next surgery. i assume those who went to toronto had expenses accumulate while there during prep, surgery and recovery. i have numerous choices right here in philly like any large city or suburbs in usa. oh yeah,, another cousin was sent to mass gen hospital.. canadian system couldn't figure out problem. do not know who paid for that trip or medical expense.
