In Bush v. Gore and Franken v. Coleman, the margin of victory was smaller than the margin of error. If it were an experiment we'd say the results were inconclusive.

I understood Bush vs Gore but I didn't understand Franken vs Coleman even as I understand Franken comes off obnoxious. Coleman acts and talks like a crook. What my fellow Minnesotans were thinking is beyond me. Of course, he was the incumbent and that gave him an advantage.
