Sergio & Instock: Radar's up and running. Quite upset with Schwab today. Tried e.Schwab and couldn't get in after a considerable effort. Tried the phone and various numbers to local offices and the 800 number... everything came up busy. Finally got in via Street Smart, but my money was parked in e.Schwab so I couldn't do any buying. If there was something better that I could use I would, but as I understand it just about everyone had the same trouble today. Guess the only thing to do on days like today is go sit in the lobby of your favorite broker and play pit trader. RADAR
