U.S. Silver grants options to buy 2.4 million shares Ticker Symbol: C:USA U.S. Silver grants options to buy 2.4 million shares US Silver Corp (C:USA) Shares Issued 214,790,494 Last Close 7/14/2009 $0.12 Wednesday July 15 2009 - Options Proposed Mr. Tom Parker reports U.S. SILVER ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANTS Non-executive directors of U.S. Silver Corp. have been granted a total of 2.4 million share purchase options. Each non-executive director will receive, pursuant to the share option plan, options to purchase up to 400,000 common shares of U.S. Silver. The options are priced at 13 cents per share and expire five years from the date of issue.
