You can't roll-out federal spending of this size very much FASTER... (unless you are into no-bid contracts a Hell of a lot.)

I don't think no-bid is the way to go, do you?

And... the 40% of the "Stimulus bill" that was tax cuts is already in effect --- but that's not an immediate effect either.
