Expiration weeks are full of surprises. Overall, manipulation
through derivatives is back in a major way as they were
re-liquified, so... unless you are GS, these markets aren't free.
Not for you and me. It's a general observation that they will
tend to go overall higher in such a state of affairs, regardless
of fundamentals.
