You do seem to be emotionally invested in one particular outcome. Yes, I have noticed. You may also notice, I post on both sides of the issue. I don't care where the data leads, as long as it is good science. I'm not emotionally invested in an outcome. The only issue, I can honestly say I have become emotionally attached to is the one of oil independence. I've seen all the evidence I need to see to know that it is bad for this country. Climate change and all the other issues are of secondary importance to me and will ultimately be resolved by good science.
