That's politics. No one acts unless there is an urgent crisis to get them to move. Imagine had he waited until the disaster had struck. We need the recovery act and it is coming right at the correct time to give the fragile recovery we're seeing now a booster. As Brumar pointed out in his post, risks abound yet, and the money that will be spent over the next 12 months will help to counteract those potential pitfalls.

At the end of the day, I care about results.
