Zeev:

I am simply positing both sides of the CTYS saga, and not planting (even implicitly) any false hope. It is a fact that CTYS closed at 2.75 on after-hour trades. CTYS has a lot of money tied to the loans and Bear Stearns (as a majority shareholder) can buy all the shares for pocket change if they find it worth doing. They do not have to preannounce to do it, like Intel bought huge blocks of shares today.

I know you are waiting to buy when the stock dips below $1 and keep hoping that you may realize your dream. You seem to be propagating only negatives about CTYS, without pausing to think what else could be plausible. I have felt that you have tried very hard to plant fear. But, what we discuss here has very little impact on the Wall Street. We are small fishes in the big ocean. Thus, I do not care how you spin your story.

What is nonsense to you is not necessarily nonsensical. In any case, if you keep writing such unprofessional notes addressed to me, treat this as my last response to you.

Good luck!

Sankar
