He sounds somewhat like my late, and beloved, father-in-law...He built their camp in the Adirondaks....an authentic as possible hand cut, peeled and pegged log cabin ....It has a two story stone fireplace, pegged floors, and nary a nail in the place....It is really a wonderful building.
