God smiled, "There's another Washington . Wait till you see the idiots I put there." From what we see here on nearly a daily basis, God wanted to be fair and just.... Not only is Washington State beautiful, and the other Washington has the majority of idiots (who multiply and come back year after year and multiply again), but God also wanted to spread a bit of the wealth on Washington State so he left a few of the idiots here too just to reassure and remind the citizens here that DC couldn't and didn't have all of them. From the looks of things, those in WA State have multiplied as well, and now are in most of the States in the Union.
