We pay a portion of our employees' health care expense. Actually it's a reimbursement plan where, depending on length of service, they get a set dollar amount annually that can be used to reimburse co-pays, medical insurance premiums, anything that would be deductible as a medical expense. If the idiots in DC come out with a mandate that we have to pay the full freight on health insurance policies for the employees, we'll have to eliminate positions. There is no way we can afford to pay the full amount of employee insurance.
