We have no more thoughts of growth through expansion of employee base.

I ran my Garage cabinet company until I sold it with NO employees. All independent contractors. About a 850K a year. I was running on thin ice doing it. Plus, I would have to change cabinet makers about every 18 months for stealing material from me. No matter how I started out, they couldn't resist.

I figured out that the time I would have to spend keeping them from stealing was worth more to me than the material they would steal. So, I would make a deal and know I would have to dump them 18 months later.
