Thus, the effect on unemployment is actually COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE. Long term... the stimulus is a short term program... as you know. And the actual manufacturing is a small part of the economic activity generated anytime there is a transaction. Commerce begets commerce. You are either too dumb to know that or too partisan to care.
