The entire argument is silly. Chris Matthews was outraged. But did he honestly think we wouldn't try to kill AQ leaders if we had the chance? He doesn't want us to interrogate them. Can't kill them. Can't try them because they're enemies, not criminals. WTF are you supposed to do? I hope they go after Cheney on this. It is suicide for the Left.
