back when we changed to C corp, there was NO deduction at all for medical insurance....what i did was take our numbers and did a 'post mortem' audit on our tax return and found that we would have saved thousands by becoming a c corp...i ran it by my CPA and he agreed....even with the 'double taxation' the tax rate was so low on the C corp we never paid more in total taxes than when we were s corp...

you can purchase software analyzers online, but i don't think you really need to do that, just do a side by side comparison on your own with your latest tax return
