She goes on and on about the NAACP (which doesn't even support her resolution) and quotes some leader of 100 black CEOs. "I take offense to that... quoting some other black man, ... Why are speaking on behalf of the black community? Why are you doing the colored people association studys and quoting black people? ... don't quote to me what other black people think, what does that matter?? All that is condescending and racial. Madam chairman this has nothing to do with the NAACP. We've been looking at energy policy since 1996. We are referring to experts regardless of their color and for someone to tell me an African American College educated Veteran of the United States Army that I must contend with some other black group and put aside everything else ...
