Little Joe...."Actually not. If an American Citizen sues a non citizen in an American, that citizen still has the burden of proving the case against the foreign citizen.".... And if for some reason NO judge will here the case how then does the citizen prove what he states? Which brings up another problem... why wont US judges here the case...what is there to fear?
