GZ, that's their policy, so they all believe that. at least that's what they say. i was listening to investor's edge podcast and the host made an excellent point - very little of this money will actually go to health care. it is just a tax grab like carbon offsets. we are frogs and they are about to "boil" us in slow tax increases. which is great for the economy, so we should zoom higher. ;-)
