GZ, the problem is that it doesn't make a difference from the standpoint of the tax payer. we live under a truly two headed, single party system run by major corporations (banking, military industrial complex and, as we shall soon find out, health care companies).

i thin the "stimulus" was just a front to transfer wealth to the special interests of congress. it was a give away so they stayed out of the way of the fed sending trillions to their special interests.

they are looting the treasury, pure and simple.
