Hello Steven and any other KNIC fans,

Did all of you have the same problem I had getting through to my broker today? I have Discover, formerly Lombard, and their Online service was shutdown and it took me over 3 hours of redial on the phone to get through. I started when KNIC was at 5 3/4 and ended up buying at 6 5/8. Did anyones discount broker perform well during the volume? If so I am thinking about switching.
