Hi Qdog: Good point: "I guess it comes down to: how bad do you want to play and what you will pay." I'm sure it does ebb and flow depending on circumstances. Does appear to me that Kasakhstan is considered "hot" right now. Looks like lots of guys want to "play."

Frankly I don't understand your comparison of the U.S. Prez and the ruling elites of Kasakhstan. Think you might be pulling my leg on this one...:-) Corruption is endemic in most developing countries.....not that there aren't plenty of cushy deals for VIPs even in the good ole U.S. of A. I DEFINITELY believe that being "connected" has almost everything to do with who gets the spoils after a political shake up like the Soviet collapse. Avarice is a very human trait!

I certainly don't think AIPN is a sure thing. I see lots of potential pitfalls. But, hopefully, there is more "potential" (pun intended...:-) in this deal than your scenario would indicate. Otherwise, YOU and I both ought to be out of this what-would-be fully valued stock....:-)

Thanks for the information about that previous deal. Keep them coming...:-)
