The class size is MUCH smaller, with students receiving individual attention, not from some harried teaching assistant, but from the instructor, who usually has actual real-life experience in the subject they're teaching.

You're right. I had to take some CC courses so I could meet the requirements for getting into the Master's program. The instructors are much more attentive and available but then the people attending CC tend to need it.
