I just don't think he can fly it. Not after the reaction his minions have got from their voters on the Cap and Trade disaster. Why should Dem Congressmen vote for another bill they can't get though the Senate?

Let's devoutly hope so.

Um, wouldn't most Presidents be spending their days on the phone, arm-twisting, instead of giving 'nothing' speeches? Is Obama missing pieces of the normal Presidential skill set?
