Oh bummer! They better be careful if they prevent the elderly from seeing doctors the elderly may just live even longer and bankrupt social security. All the elderly I knew all saw doctors and now the're all dead. Makes me think the way to longevity is to avoid seeing doctors. What you don't know wont hurt you. Eat healthy, exercise and avoid doctors. Every morning everyone should be required to line up out side their homes and exercise before the morning call to prayers. Oops!
