Right. I don't understand 'cap and trade', but if a big outfit like Goldman Sachs buys up a bunch of carbon credits before it's a done deal, and has a bunch of people in the administration, then the pressure to make cap and trade a done deal will be enormous, regardless of the tacit benefits.

Good grief. It's a scam of unbelievable scale.
