I didn't say or imply that you said it didn't. Also I didn't say anything myself about it having homo sapien DNA. Once again the point was not "it has human DNA", but "it is a human". "It has human DNA" is NOT the point being raised or debated.

"Person" has multiple meanings, my point is the zygote is a human.

Can I impose a stupid religious superiority

I haven't brought religion or religious ideas in to this conversation at all. None of my points are religious, depending on ideas of theology or worship.
