Robert,
It is the position of the BSR Group of Shareholders that class-actions suits as a solution to Bresea complaints against management are a waste of Bresea and thus Shareholder assets. We are suggesting to all Bresea Shareholders that they withdraw from direct participation in any class-action suits which include Bresea as a defendant. We believe that ALL Shareholders would be better served by replacing management and creating a viable, productive and growing company (which would be able to sue past directors and insiders for participating in any illegal insider trading). We have been in contact with most of the lawyers involved in these suits and are requesting that they give serious consideration to our plan for Bresea. In addition we are suggesting that Bre-X and Bro-X Shareholders follow a similar course of action. I know many of you are both BSR and BXM shareholders so if we decline to sue ourselves we will all be better off.

Respectfully,

Don Clarke
Chairman, Executive Committee
BSR Group of Shareholders
